Until recently, solid granite was one of the most expensive and exclusive worktop options on the market. However, recent improvements in stone-technology have now made it far more affordable.

An alternative to Granite are the many man-made or engineered stone worktops available including Silestone, Caesarstone, Zodiac, Gemini and Corian. These products offer many of the quality’s of Granite in terms of strength and durability and are also non-porous, hygienic, low maintenance and easy to clean. They are are very stable and easy to work with so curves and shapes are easily created and they can be cut and installed to meet design requirements with precision, uniformity and consistency. They are also available in a great range of exciting colours including bright blues, reds and greens!

Other surface options include marble, slate, timber or tiles, again available in a huge range of colours and finishes depending on your requirements!
