Character Oak Study

An exciting brief - our client wanted to recreate the warmth and atmosphere of a traditional drawing room/library within the confines of a small space.

Our designers used the warmth and natural beauty of Character Oak, muted feature lighting and colourful Faux Books to create a truly destinctive Shortland interior. Featuring secret cupboards and hidden doors amongst the tall bookcases and incorporating storage for printers and other computer accessories the room is stunning yet practical.

This room also featured Shortland Character Oak floor boards finished in random widths and a ornamental cornice framing the top of the bookcases.
