I see my role within the company as a team player giving support to both customers and fitters in order to make your installation as smooth as possible.

I first joined the company in the early nineties as a fitter, which gives me a reasonable amount of experience and understanding as to your requirements.

Should there be any reason for you to contact Shortlands after the completion of your installation, rest assured I will be here to answer and deal with any of your queries.
