Welcome to Shortland, where for over two generations we have been designing and manufacturing the finest bespoke interiors from our workshops in the heart of the Nottinghamshire countryside. Operating principally within the UK, all our work – from a specially commissioned piece of furniture to a totally bespoke interior design project – incorporates innovative and classic design, true English craftsmanship and an unrivalled level of personal service.
The business, started in 1976 by my parents has grown into a company employing over 40 craftsmen and designers. In all this time the philosophy behind the company has remained unchanged: to provide innovative, handcrafted interiors, from traditional to contemporary, fitted to free-standing ~ Shortland can provide a solution that gives your home that finishing touch.
